The DSC issued is a Class III-B certificate valid for 1 Years (w.e.f. April 04, 2011).

Step 2 >> Receipt of DSC and e-token

Duly mark the envelope as "APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE"

Special Note:

You are requested to approach us within 5 working days from the receipt of DSC etoken and CD from us in case of any issues with the e-token or CD. Any issue raised beyond 5 working days will not be entertained.

 Note: Document processing will be done on first come first serve basis. Minimum time for despatching DSC received with proper documents is 5 working days subjected to availability of DSC e-tokens with us.

Re Issue Clause :

In case you have purchased DSC from us & the DSC has been inadvertently deleted/removed/formatted by you & then after DSC Deletion of the same has been done & in case you

wish to REISSUE a fresh certificate from us then you need to do the following :

a)First contact with coaljunction  to intimate regarding this mater.

b) Send us a proper application letter containing all the facts , your full name & your Bidder ID no along with your old e-token & CD in the kit.

c) Send us Rs2000 favouring "Mjuncton Services Limited A/C Coal" payable at Kolkata

We will then reissue a new certificate & deliver it to you by first come first serve basis

There is no need to send all the application papers that you had already sent during the original case.

 

LOST DSC Clause :

In case you have purchased DSC from us & the whole DSC kit containing CD & e-token has been lost then you need to do the following :

a) Send us a proper FIR copy & application letter for DSC deletion

b) Send us all set of papers along with fees of Rs2537 for a fresh DSC application

We will treat your case as a lost case & hence a fresh DSC kit containing CD , e-token & certificate will be issued to you by 7 working days from the date of receipt of the case

Note: From September 2011 on wards all DSC kit will be despatched  through courier only.
