Please be informed that, to update your new bank records, you need to furnish a New Bank Certificate along with a bank updation fee worth of Rs. 590/- ( inclusive of GST - effective from 1st July, 2017 ) in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of ' Mjunction Services Ltd. A/c. Coal ' and the instrument should be payable at Kolkata.
Please send a covering letter in your Company's Letter - Head mentioning your Coaljunction Bidder ID Number and purpose along with the New Bank Certificate and the PO / DD for prompt updation of records in your case.
However, bank information will be updated free of cost in case of CBS updation or Bank's policy modification, subject to furnishing of required attested documents from the respective bank.
Bank information updation application(s) shall be processed within 1 working day post the date of receipt of complete application letter(s) / e-mail(s), as applicable, from our customers.
Kindly note that, while applying for EMD refund using HDFC BANK details through NEFT / RTGS mode, then, MICR is mandatory.
However, while applying for EMD refund using Non-HDFC BANK details through NEFT / RTGS mode, then, MICR is not mandatory.

This penalty fee should be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ' Mjunction Services Ltd. A/c. Coal ' and the instrument should be payable at Kolkata.
