Registration Policy
Coal India Limited has made the following as the eligibility criteria for participation in e-Auction for all its subsidiaries and NEC
- All buyers must possess PAN number (One PAN number must be used against one registration only)
- Organisations having multiple registration for their different units can continue to operate the different registrations, on the basis of one PAN number, only if the different units have independent Sales Tax registration number.
- For organisations having multiple registrations with mjunction against a single PAN number., are requested to inform mjunction services limited in writing indicating which of the registrations they would like to withdraw and which registration is to be kept active under that PAN number. In case there are multiple registration under a single PAN number but have different sales tax registration they can submit the proof along with a request letter.
CIL One time Fee
Dear Customer,
Coal India Limited has decided to levy a one time fee of Rs 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) per bidder of coal e-auction. Mjunction has been advised to collect the
amount from the bidders in the form of Demand Draft in favour of "Coal India Limited, Marketing Division" payable at Kolkata, which subsequently is to be handed
over to Coal India Limited.
In view of the above, you are requested to submit the Demand Draft as above at the following address by August 31, 2010, failing which your account may get disabled:

Information Change Policy:
In case you wish to update /change customer registration information(e.g Registered Address etc ),you are supposed to provide us relevant document as well as Rs 552.00 in favour of "MJUNCTION SERVICES LTD. A/C COAL"payable at Kolkata.
Your request will be serviced within 10 th to 12 th working day of a month.
Special Note:Proprietorship/HUF cases will not be able to change - PAN /Company name as per our policy-They need to go for new registration.
