February 26: Spot prices of seaborne thermal coal showed a flat trend on February 25 amidst lukewarm demand from traders and buyers, market sources said.
South African coal prices eased marginally but Australian steam coal prices remained unchanged.
The sources said Chinese buyers may re-enter the market after the holiday celebrations, extending some support to prices next week.
