Mundra pet coke imports at 10,000 tons in Jan

February 19: Imports of pet coke via Mundra Port stood at 10,000 tons in January 2015 while in the previous month, imports stood at 82,500 tons via this port, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

During January 2014, pet coke imports via the port stood at nil.

During the first 10 months (April-January) of 2014-15, total pet coke imports through the port stood at 234,941 tons against 114,791 tons recorded during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

However, in December 2014, the entire material came from Canada at a price range of Rs 5,762-Rs 5,810 ($92-$93) per ton.
