Number of inbound vessels may rise post-Budget: NMPT

February 16: Inbound vessels at New Mangalore Port are likely to increase after the Union government tables the Budget, a port official told ICMW.

“At present, we are not getting many vessels at our port as I believe importers are in wait-and-watch mode before the Budget is tabled. We expect that after the Budget there could be an increase in number of vessels at the port,” he said.
