In case you are an "One Time" bidder and your validity date is till Jan 31,2015:

 

You would be given extended validity till Dec 23,2016 by Jan 30,2015 as per our current contract tenure with Coal India Limited.Subsequently a new bidder ID card would also be sent to your registered address by 7 working days. Subsequent to Dec 23,2016 if you wish to continue participating in Coaljunction e-auctions, you would need to pay us renewal fees, details of which would be intimated to you by Dec 23,2016.

 

In case you are an "One Time" bidder and your validity date is earlier or later than Jan 31,2015:

 

As per current practice, you would need to send an email request to coaljunction@mjunction.in requesting for validity extension. You would thereafter be given extended validity till Dec 23,2016,as per our current contract tenure with Coal India Limited. A new bidder ID card would also be prepared and sent to your registered address within 7 working days. Subsequent to Dec 23,2016 if you wish to continue participating in our e-auctions, you would need to pay us renewal fees details of which would be intimated to you by Dec 23,2016. 

 

In case you are a non "One Time" customer:

 

If you wish to continue participating in our e-auctions beyond Jan 31,2015, you would need to pay us renewal fees of Rs. 2290/- (inclusive of Service Tax - effective from 1^st June, 2016) through a Demand Draft / Pay Order favouring " Mjunction Services Limited A/c. Coal " payable at Kolkata, along with an application letter in your Company's letter-head mentioning your Bidder ID No, the filled up Bidder ID card form and one passport size coloured photograph (of the existing card holder only) for a validity till Dec 23,2016. A new bidder ID card would also be prepared and sent to your registered address within 7 working days.

 

Please note that all the bidder id cards prepared will be dispatched to the address which is registered in www.coaljunction.in only.
