March 18: The Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGENCO) has floated a notification of invitation (NIT) of bids to procure 4 million tons (mt) of imported steam coal on FOR destination basis.
The company is looking to procure 3 mt coal for its Dr NTTPS and 1 mt for RTPP.
The NIT was floated sometime back on February 27 and the last date for submission of offers through the online mode is March 20, 2015.
The price bids will be opened on March 30 at 1500 hours.
