Anthracite coal imports via Paradip drop 76.25% in Nov m-o-m

December 20: According to revised estimates, anthracite coal imports through the port of Paradip in November were at 14,625 tons against 61,602 tons in October, according to provisional data available with ICMW, showing a drop of 76.25% consequently.

In November, 14 300 tons arrived from Indonesia at a unit price of Rs 9,241 ($146) while 325 tons came from Vietnam at Rs 19116 ($302) per ton.

In October, 54,902 tons arrived from South Africa in a price band of Rs 7,190-7,194 ($116) per ton, and 6,600 came in from Vietnam at a unit price of Rs 18,268 ($286) per ton while 100 tons arrived from other sources at a unit price of Rs 11,083 ($174).
