Anthracite imports via Chennai Port plunge in Dec

Anthracite imports through Chennai Port in December 2015 were at 397 tons while in November, these were at 1,152 tons, showing a sharp drop month-on-month, as per provisional data available with ICMW.

In December 2015, 276 tons arrived from China at a price range of Rs 15,622 -Rs 23,046 ($232 -343) per ton.

In November 2015, all the consignments arrived from China at a price range of Rs 17,613 -Rs 23,559 ($266 -356) per ton.
