January 8: Anthracite coal imports via V O Chidambaranar Port stood at 100 tons during the month of December 2014 while during the previous month, there had been no such imports via the port, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
During the month, the entire material came in from China at a price of Rs 19,564 ($306) per ton.
