Standard Australian steam coal prices inched up on February 5 on tighter supplies and increased demand anticipated from Japanese utilities, market sources said.
South African coal prices also remained firm during the day, they said, adding that Indonesian coal prices were largely unchanged on lack demand and fresh enquiries.
