April 08: Australian steam coal prices inched up April 07 amidst reports that a Japanese power generator has settled 2015-16 contract at around $68 per ton, market sources said.
However, the prices of South African off-spec prices on the other hand along with better grades of Indonesian coal too softening on low demand, they said.
