Coal handling at Dahej Port falls 41.08% in Jan m-o-m

February 27: Handling of coal at Dahej Port stood at 375,713 tons during January 2014, down 41.08% against 637,659 tons reported in December 2013, a senior port official told ICMW.

During January 2013, total coal handled at the port stood at 746,509 tons.

During the first 10 months (April-January) of the current financial year of 2013-14, total coal handled at the port stood at 6,840,764 tons against 6,135,790 tons recorded during the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
