January 8: Imports of coking coal via Karaikal Port stood at 20,853 tons in December 2014, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
In November, there we no imports of coking coal through the port.
In December, the entire material came in from Australia at Rs 8,849 ($ 139) per ton.
