January 9: Imports of coking coal via Krishnapatnam Port fell 54.08% to 64,880 tons for the month of December against a volume of 141,297 tons in November 2014, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
In December, the entire consignment arrived from Australia at a price range of $ 7,606-Rs 8,114 ($116-$127) per ton.
In November too, the entire consignment arrived from Australia at a price range of Rs 7,035- Rs 8,611 ($113-$ 138) per ton.
