April 20: Essar Ports Limited said that it has signed a concessional agreement with Kandla Port Trust on April 17.
In a filing to the BSE, the company said, “Vadinar Liquid Terminals Limited, a subsidiary of the company, has entered into a concession agreement with Kandla Port Trust for development of marine liquid terminal facilities consisting of one single point mooring system and two product jetties at Vadinar in Gujarat.”
The term of the concession is 30 years.
