August 11: Exports of South African coal to China stood at nil during July 2014 while during the previous month it stood at 164,999 tons, according to data made available to ICMW by one of the promoters of the terminal.
Exports of South African coal to China in July 2013 stood at 1,123,298 tons.
With this, total exports of South African coal to China stood at 2,492,629 tons during the first seven months of 2014, sharply down by 64.88% from 7,097,848 tons exported during the corresponding period of 2013.
