December 7: Fair demand was witnessed for G8 grade coal (GCV range of 4,901-5,200 Kcal/kg) offered by CCL and WCL, subsidiaries of Coal India (CIL), in the November 2015 e-auctions on coaljunction as out of the offered quantity of 29,200 tons, 10,180 tons were allotted at a weighted average of Rs 2,495, according to data available with ICMW.
Similar kind of demand was witnessed for G8 grade coal offered by CCL WCL and SECL, subsidiaries of Coal India (CIL), in the October 2015 e-auctions on coaljunction as out of the offered quantity of 56,500 tons, 29,550 tons were allotted at a weighted average of Rs 2,476.
In September, similar demand was witnessed for this grade offered by CCL, WCL and NCL as out of the offered quantity of 118,170 tons, 75,560 tons were allotted at a weighted average of Rs 2,448.
