New UserG-12 grade sees strong demand in Oct e-auction

November 28: Strong demand was seen for G-12 grade (GCV ranging from 3,701-4,000 Kcal/Kg) coal offered during October 2014 on the e-auction platform of MSTC as the entire offered quantity of 160,000 tons got allotted during the month at a weighted average price of Rs 3,217 per ton.
Similar strong demand was also seen for this grade offered during September as the entire offered quantity of 40,000 tons got allotted during the month at a weighted average price of Rs 3,021 per ton.
No such grade was offered in August.
