New UserG3 grade sees poor demand in March on other platform

Poor demand was witnessed for G3 grade (GCV ranging from 6,401-6,700 Kcal/Kg) coal offered for allotment via MSTC’s e-auction platform in March 2016 as out of the entire offered quantity of 225,572 tons, 15,250 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,333 per ton, as per data available with ICMW.
Similarly, low demand was witnessed for G3 grade coal offered for allotment via MSTC’s e-auction platform in February 2016 as out of the entire offered quantity of 143,556 tons, 42,494 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,249 per ton.
Poor demand was witnessed for G3 grade offered for allotment via MSTC in January 2016 too as out of the entire offered quantity of 201,146 tons, 24,456 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,133 per ton.
