February 24: Good demand was witnessed in January 2014 for G11 grade (GCV 4,001 to 4,300 Kcal/kg) coal offered by MCL for allotment through the MSTC platform as 415,000 tons got allotted out of an offered quantity of 610,000 tons at a weighted average price of Rs 1,142 per ton.
