Gujarat NRE Coke posts Rs 77.34-crore loss in Q2

November 6: Gujarat NRE Coke Limited posted a loss of Rs 77.34 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2014, lowering the loss by 14.47% from a loss of Rs 90.42 crore incurred during the corresponding quarter of FY14, according to a company statement.

The company’s total income from operations during the quarter stood at Rs 93.98 crore while expenses for the period stood much higher at Rs 137.80 crore.

On the other hand, during Q2 of FY14, income and expenses of the company stood at Rs 322.55 crore and Rs 376.39 crore, respectively, as per the statement.
