Henan January-August coal output down 11.6% on y-o-y

Henan province, one major coal producer in central China, produced 82.52 million tonnes of raw coal over January-August this year, down 11.6% from a year ago, showed data from the Henan Administration of Coal Mine Safety on September 14.
