October 9: There was high demand for G1 grade coal (GCV above 7,000 Kcal/kg) on the e-auction platform of coaljunction in September 2014 as the entire offered quantity of 8,000 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 6,113/ton.
However, during last month, this grade was not offered for allotment on coaljunction.
