August 28: Calcined petroleum coke (pet coke) exports through the port of Vizag increased 30.43% to 30,000 tons in July 2014 against 23,000 tons in June, as per provisional data available with ICMW.
In July, a single consignment went to Saudi Arabia at a unit price of Rs 17,835.
In June, the entire consignment was sent to Bahrain at a unit price of Rs 21,245.
