Kandla pet coke imports rise sharply in Mar m-o-m

April 6: Imports of pet coke via Kandla Port rose sharply to 64,994 tons in March against a volume of 35,820 tons in February, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

In March, 54,994 tons imported from Saudi Arabia at a price range of Rs 4,378-Rs 4,392 ($70) per ton while balance 10,000 tons came from United States at a price range of 4,941-Rs 5,555($78-$88) per ton.

In February, the entire material came from the United States at a price band of Rs 5,555-Rs 6,813 ($89-$109) per ton.
