MoC extends A K Dubey’s tenure as acting CMD of CIL

September 24: The Ministry of Coal (MoC) has extended the tenure of A K Dubey as the acting CMD of Coal India Limited (CIL) for three more months, the company said in a filing to the BSE on September 23.

A K Dubey also serves as the additional secretary in the Ministry of Coal.

“The Ministry of Coal, vide order dated September 19, 2014, has conveyed the approval for extension of additional charge of CMD of the company to A K Dubey, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Coal for a further period of three months from September 25, 2014 up to December 25, 2014 or till a regular appointment is made or until further order whichever is earlier,” the company statement said.
