NALCO extends bid submission date for 50,000 tons of steam coal

February 27: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), which had floated a notice inviting tender (NIT) to procure 50,000 tons of non-coking coal, has extended the bid submission dare till March 21, 2014, a company source told ICMW.

The material to be procured should have a GCV of 3,800 Kcal/Kg, 15% total moisture, 40% ash content, 0.8% total sulphur while the size should vary between 0-100 mm.

Earlier, the bid submission date was scheduled on March 6, 2014 which has now been extended.
