NTECL floats IFB to procure 1 mt imported coal

February 12: NTPC Tamilnadu Energy Company Limited (NTECL), a joint venture of NTPC Ltd & TANGEDCO, has floated an invitation for bids (IFB) notice to procure 1 million ton (mt) (+/- 10%) of imported coal on CIF/high sea sales basis, according to information available with ICMW on February 12.

Interested parties can submit their bids till March 25, 2014 up to 11 am while the techno-commercial bids will open on the same day at 11.30 am.

The specifications of the material which NTECL is looking to procure were not immediately available.
