March 31: State-owned National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited commissioned its maiden hydro-power project in Himachal on March 30, the company said in a filing to BSE.
The company statement said the Koldam Hydro Power Project has been commissioned on March 30, 2015. With this, the total installed capacity of the project has become 200 MW and the total installed capacity of the NTPC Group stands at 44.003 GW.
