Nabha Power floats enquiry for 0.45 mt imported coal

Nabha Power Ltd has floated an enquiry to procure up to 450,000 tons of imported steam coal for its power plant in Punjab.

The company is looking to procure coal with gross calorific value 6300 Kcal/kg (GAR) and for delivery between January and April 2016.

Nabha Power Ltd is a Case 2 power plant wherein entire power is supplied to the state of Punjab and coal cost is reimbursed by Punjab State Power Generation Limited (PSPCL).
