December 11: There were no PCI coal imports in November 2015. In October, the imports stood at 40,000 tons, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
With nil imports in November, total imports of PCI coal through the port during the first eight (April-November) of the current fiscal (2015-16) stood at 212,993 tons.
In October 2015, the entire consignment came from Australia at Rs 5,317 per ton ($80).
