No PCI coal imports via Chennai Port in fiscal 2015-16

PCI coal imports through Chennai Port seem to have dried up for more than a year now, with no such material coming in from January 2015-March 2016, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

The following table contains PCI imports details through Chennai Port in 2015-16 and 2014-15

In December 2014, the entire consignment had arrived from UK at a price range of Rs 28,994- Rs 29,038 ($464) per ton.
