PCI coal imports through Chennai Port seem to have dried up for more than a year now, with no such material coming in from January 2015-February 2016, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
In December 2014, the entire consignment had arrived from UK at a price range of Rs 28,994- Rs 29,038 ($464) per ton.
