No anthracite imports via Mundra for 4 months

There were no anthracite coal imports via Mundra Port from September to December 2015. Only 25 tons were imported in August, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

The imports in August were the first after a gap of more than 18 months as the previous consignment of anthracite coal had arrived through the port in March 2014 (1,208 tons).

In August 2015, the entire consignment came from China at a unit price of Rs 19,922 ($303) per ton.
