January 3: There was no demand for G2 grade coal (GCV ranging between 6,700 Kcal/kg and 7,000 Kcal/kg) on the e-auction platform of coaljunction in December as the entire quantity of 5,000 tons offered from the East Bassuriya mines of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) failed to attract any bid.
During November 2013, this grade was not offered for e-auction.
