No met coke imports through Chennai for 2 months

October 28: There were no met coke imports through Chennai Port in September 2014, as per provisional information available with ICMW. There were no imports in August either.

In July, met coke imports through the port were at a mere 94 tons while there had been no imports of the material between April-June, 2014.

In July, the material arrived from China at a unit price of Rs 19,099 ($318).
