December 23: As in October 2015, coal fines and coke fines were not offered in November 2015 by CIL subsidiaries for allotment through the MSTC platform, as per data available with ICMW.
Very poor demand was witnessed for coal fines and coke fines offered by SECL for allotment through MSTC in September 2015 as out of 100,000 tons offered, only 50 tons were allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,568 per ton.
