PCI imports via Chennai at mere 20 tons in Sept

October 28: PCI coal imports via Chennai Port were at a mere 20 tons in September 2014, according to provisional data available with ICMW, while there have been no imports of the material for six consecutive months till August 2014.

In September, a single consignment arrived from the UK at a unit price of Rs 29,732 ($487).
