PESB moots B K Mishra’s name for BCCL CMD’s post

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended B K Mishra’s name for the post of Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL).

Mishra is currently Director (Technical) of Western Coalfields Ltd (WCL).

He was selected from among 10 candidates interviewed by the PESB selection meeting on December 2.

Of the 10 candidates, 7 were from various subsidiaries of Coal India Ltd (CIL) while the other three were from NMDC, SAIL and NHPC.
