Imports of pet coke via Magdalla Port stood at 18,000 tons in December 2015, according to provisional data available with ICMW. Incidentally, this is the first import volume of pet coke through this port in the last two financial years.
In December 2015, out of the entire import volume, 6,000 tons came from Marshall Islands at a price of Rs 4,381 ($65) per ton and 12,000 tons from the US at a price range of Rs 4,558-Rs 4,650 ($68-$69) per ton.
