Pet coke imports via Paradip drop 52.87% m-o-m in Jan

February 10: Pet coke imports through the port of Paradip dropped 52.87% to 12,631 tons in January 2014 against 26,805 tons reported in December 2013, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

There were no imports of this category in the month of November.

In January, the entire consignment arrived from Indonesia at a unit price of Rs 15,763 ($253).

In December, 10,308 tons arrived from Kuwait in a price range of Rs 12,130 – Rs 14,107 ($195 - $223) per ton.
