Pet coke imports via Vizag drop sharp 64% in Nov

December 11: Pet coke imports through Vizag Port dropped sharply by 63.50% to 30,522 tons in November 2014 against 83,625 tons in October, according to provisional information available with ICMW.

In November, two consignments arrived from China in a band of Rs 8,542 – Rs 11,761 ($138-190) per ton.

In October, 32,993 tons arrived from Kuwait at a unit price of Rs 12,774 ($205), 29,770 tons from China in a band of Rs 8,707 – Rs 12,869 ($141-417) per ton and the balance 20,862 tons from Indonesia at a unit price of Rs 10,235 ($165).
