Poor demand was witnessed for coal fines and coke fines offered by CIL for allotment through the MSTC platform in January 2016 as out of 181,050 tons offered, 50 tons were allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,568 per ton, as per data available with ICMW.
However, coal fines and coke fines were not offered in November and December, 2015 by CIL subsidiaries for allotment through MSTC.
