SCCL exceeds off-take target in July

August 8: Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) achieved total coal off-take of 4.11 million tons (mt) in July 2014, exceeding the monthly target of 4.07 mt, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

The July off-take was also higher than 4.03 mt achieved in June 2014, the data shows.

Earlier, SCCL achieved off-take of 4.277 mt and 4.272 mt in May and April, respectively.

In July 2014, the company exceeded its monthly off-take target for the first time in the current financial year.

Altogether, during the first four months (April-July) of 2014-15, SCCL achieved total off-take of 16.689 mt, against the targeted 17.658 mt.
