SCCL’s off-take at 4.36 mt in October

November 5: Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) achieved total coal off-take of 4.36 million tons (mt) in October 2014, marginally lower than the monthly target of 4.59 mt, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

The October off-take, however, was higher than 4.002 mt achieved in September 2014, the data showed.

Earlier, monthly coal off-take by SCCL stood at 4.08 mt in August, 4.11 mt in July, 4.03 mt in June, 4.277 mt in May and 4.272 in April, respectively.

Altogether, during the first seven months (April-October) of 2014-15, SCCL achieved total off-take of 29.131 mt, against the targeted 30.349 mt.
