A sharp fall in the offered and allotted quantities of coal by Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) was seen on coaljunction in December, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
The total offering during the month was down 55.58% to 362,500 tons compared to the November offering of 816,000 tons while the allotted quantity declined by 59.34% to 195,533 tons from 480,938 tons in November.
The total offered and allocated quantities by SCCL on coaljunction in 2014-15 stood at 3.02 mt and 1.91 mt as compared to 1.93 mt and 1.58 mt respectively in 2013-14
