New UserSharp increase in coking coal imports via Krishnapatnam in Jan

February 9: Imports of coking coal via Krishnapatnam Port increased sharply to 361,526 tons in January 2015, against 64,880 tons imported in December 2014, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
In January, 198,917 tons arrived from Australia at a price range of Rs 7,064-Rs 9,030 ($111-$142) per ton and 162,609 tons arrived from Canada at a price range of Rs 7,221-Rs 8,396 ($ 113-$132) per ton.
In December, the entire consignment arrived from Australia at a price range of Rs 7,606-Rs 8,114 ($116-$127) per ton.
