Shirwadkar assumes charge as the Deputy Chairman of NMPT

April 7: Suresh P. Shirwadkar recently assumed charge as the deputy chairman of New Mangalore Port, according to the port’s website.

Before that, he was the Chief Manager (Finance) in Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust. Graduated from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, Shirwadkar is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
